The monthly statement includes all income and expenses for the accounting period and the original receipts for any bills or repairs.

Yes. All we need from you is your bank routing and account number and monthly payment can be directly deposited into your account.

When do you send the owner payment and statements?

A.

Owner payment and statements are sent online or as otherwise instructed by the Owner on or before the 10th day of the current month, provided; however, that the rent and security deposits has been received from the tenant.
